***** Responsibilities:

Comprehensive management of the recruitment process, including:
* gathering requirements from the Hiring Manager or other person
responsible for the process on the Client side
* active search for suitable candidates (our database has nearly
60,000 CVs + LinkedIn + other sources)
* contacting candidates
* competency screening
* creating candidate reports
* collecting feedback from the Client and the Candidate
* providing feedback to both parties
* actively managing the recruitment process
* providing support to less experienced colleagues


***** Job requirements:

* 3 years of experience in recruitment
* goal-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks
* communication skills, ability to work in a team
* communicative English
* responsibility and independence
* Polish language at least C1 level
* willingness to learn but also to share your experience
