choosing from an extensive catalog of interactive courses or
creating their own engaging content.

***** Main responsibilities:

* Creating workflows and views for RWB (Responsive Web Application),
* Testing designed solutions for intuitiveness and user experience,
* Providing suggestions for changes and potential improvements to UX
projects,
* Conducting UX research, mainly through analytics (e.g. Google
Analytics),
* Creating vector illustrations (occasionally).
* Very responsible remote work confirmed by reports(!)


***** Job requirements:

* 2-3 years of commercial experience in UX/UI,
* Education related to Design, HCI, or related fields,
* Strong portfolio with UX/UI projects that demonstrate independent
work and high-quality user-focused designs (they don't have to be
commercial) attached in the application through a link in the CV
or in one document,
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS,
* Proficiency in English and Polish at a communicative level (B2),
* Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or others,
* Knowledge of vector graphics software (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape,
CorelDRAW, etc.),
* Ability to work independently: own ideas, task planning, design,
report compilation, contact with the technical team,
* Ability to create responsive designs (e.g., for Chromebooks),
* Basic knowledge of usability in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction).
