USA, (WASARRESTED) -- Mark W. Decker, commonly known as the "Phantom
Shitter", is currently being held in custody and is facing charges of 14
counts of public indecency for defecating in public.

When questioned, Mark W. Decker replied with, "Yes, it was I who shat in
the shower."

Mark W. Decker frequently used fecal matter as a way of bringing
attention to issues he felt strong about. Mark W Decker was easily
identified by his trademark signature, "P.S." or "Phantom Shitter",
always signed at the bottom of every note left behind.

If convicted, Mark W Decker could be facing a sentence of up to 6 months
in jail and $5,000 fine.
